From March 25 to 27,Vision China 2026was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in CHINA. ALSONTECH presented a range of core 3D vision products and application solutions, highlighting the latest technological advancements.
During the exhibition, ALSONTECH officially introduced the newlaser 3D camera AT-S1000-06A seriesand the2K high-frame-rate laser profiler AT-S1000-07B series. Live demonstrations focused on two representative application scenarios—random bin pickingandhigh-precision flexible hanging—fully showcasing the real-world capabilities of 3D vision in industrial environments.

Random Mixed-Object Picking, Stable and Efficient Handling in Complex Conditions
The mid-field modelAT-S1000-06A-S2-C demonstrated its ability to identify and sort mixed objects within deep bins. By recognizing bottles of different colors, the vision system guided the robot to perform random picking and color-based sorting—achieving a significant upgrade from pickable tostable, safe, and reliable picking.

Robust Imaging for Mixed Material Characteristics
The 06A series adopts laser-based imaging, offering strong adaptability to complex object properties and challenging environments. A single parameter configuration can reliably handle white, semi-transparent, and black light-absorbing objects simultaneously, eliminating the need for multiple parameter adjustments or additional lighting.
High-Speed Scanning for Improved Throughput
With advanced high-speed scanning technology, the 06A series achieves a 300% increase in imaging speed compared to the previous generation. 3D point cloud output is completed in less than 1 second, making it ideal for high-throughput production scenarios.
Accurate Recognition with RGB + 3D Fusion
Equipped with a 12 MP RGB camera and adaptive HDR algorithms, the system delivers an ultra-wide dynamic range. Combined with AI-based processing, it enables precise edge detection and stable recognition of both low-reflectivity black objects and highly reflective white objects.
Intelligent Path Planning for Safe and Reliable Picking
The 3D vision system dynamically calculates grasp poses for randomly stacked objects and automatically generates collision-free robot paths for bin entry, picking, and exit. This significantly improves bin-clearing rates and overall system stability.
Hook Positioning: High-Precision Handling of Thin-Walled Parts
For applications such as coating and assembly, where hook-like components are small, deformable, and difficult to locate, ALSONTECH deployed the binocular structured-light 3D camera AT-S1000-07C-S3.
With a system accuracy of 0.013 mm (VDI/VDE, 3σ), the 3D camera worked with a UR robot to complete a “threading-the-needle” task on a 1 mm diameter hook, achieving an overall positioning accuracy of ≤ ±0.5 mm.

Thin-Wall Imaging for Fine Structures
The 3D vision system reliably captures high-quality point cloud data of extremely small features, supporting structures with diameters as small as ±0.5 mm.
Adaptive Algorithms for Deformation Handling
Instead of relying on traditional template matching, adaptive algorithms calculate the real-time pose of the target, effectively addressing deformation and variability in parts.
New Product Launch: Laser Profiler Performance Breakthrough
In addition to laser and structured-light 3D cameras, ALSONTECH also unveiled the new AT-S1000-07B laser profiler series.



The series currently offers four field-of-view options, covering diverse working distance requirements across industries. Building on the entry-level AT-S1000-04B series, the 07B series delivers comprehensive performance upgrades:
- 1500 Hz full-frame rate, up to 9000 Hz maximum
- Faster scanning with reduced motion artifacts
- Improved dynamic recognition capability
- Flexible performance configurations for different application needs
Large Field of View for Large-Scale Inspection
For large workpieces and long-distance inspection scenarios, traditional solutions often require multiple sensors, increasing system complexity and calibration difficulty.
The ALSONTECH AT-S1000-04B-1500W offers a wide field of view from 670 mm to 1940 mm, maintaining industrial-grade accuracy and high-speed acquisition even at nearly 2 meters of coverage—greatly simplifying system design.
